To build the abs, simulate crunches in the water. A second activity if the structure can support your weight is to hold onto its rim using the elbows. Keeping the legs straight bring the legs to a sitting position and hold for a count of ten. Keep breathing slowly through this activity. Bend the legs at the knees to return to the beginning position. Make sure the back remains straight during the movement.
